The CENTRALIA FFA ALUMNI is available to anyone who was in FFA, or even wasn't, and is interested in further their support for their local chapter. We can always use new additions and your membership would be greatly welcomed! Just come join us on our monthly meeting, every 2nd Thursday @ 7:00 PM, in the Ag Room.

The Centralia FFA Alumni organizes and contributes time to many other events throughout the year to support the
Centralia FFA Chapter.
- The Alumni Tractor Parade brought exhibitors of classic tractors from across the state to promote agriculture heritage to the community. More than 30 tractors were driven by current and former FFA members from around the community.
- Breakfast for the chapter members participating in district contest
- Breakfast at the Centralia Fair
- Silent auction at the FFA banquet
- Judges for Area FFA speaking contests
- And MANY MANY MORE!

There are two major events the FFA Alumni have contributed and helped with. Each of the two were a huge hit and success.
- CENTRALIA FFA PRACTICE CONTEST -
Every year, FFA members choose an area to learn, compete and excel in. They practice long hours and study many materials before competing in district judging contests. To allow FFA members to test their abilities, the Centralia FFA Alumni has hosted a practice contest for the past two years. In 2006, we had more than 315 kids from nearly 20 schools. We offered livestock, poultry, floriculture, meats, soils, nursery landscape, entomology and agronomy.
- CENTRALIA FFA JACKPOT SHOW -
Memorial Day weekend now has a new tradition. In the first year of the Centralia FFA Alumni Jackpot livestock show, about 90 animals were brought to the Audrain County fairgrounds for competition. Youth paid an entry fee for every animal they showed, in hopes of winning the Grand or Reserve jackpot prizes. Outstanding exhibitors were recognized with embroidered showmanship gym bags, provided by local sponsors.
